§ 122.03 APPLICATION PROCEDURE.
   All applications for an annual sidewalk café permit shall be submitted to the City Clerk on a form provided for the permit available from the City Clerk. Applications shall be issued on a calendar year basis. The application, once competed and filed with the City Clerk shall for 30 days be subject to review by the Mayor, the Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements, the Zoning Enforcement Officer and the City Engineer. Said parties may object to an application based upon failure to meet any of the criteria as set out below or by failing to comply with reasonable health and safety standards. The City Clerk shall issue the sidewalk café permit if no objections are made within the 30 day review period. If any objections exist, the City Clerk shall notify the applicant who may amend and re-file the application. The denial may be appealed to the City Council within 30 calendar days of receipt of the denial notice.
