A sidewalk café may only operate between the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. between (at a maximum) the months of April to October, inclusive. Notwithstanding the above, a sidewalk café may not operate and sidewalk café obstructions shall be removed during periods of time where the city has approved a special event permit which conflicts with sidewalk cafés.
