§ 122.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SIDEWALK CAFÉ. That portion of an immobile retail food establishment that is approved by the city to be extended into a public right-of-way for outdoor customer tables and seats.
