§ 31.04 ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.
   Any electronic communications pertaining to the public business of the city by a Commissioner, whether generated from a publically owned or privately owned electronic device, in addition to any other party, shall be communicated to the City Clerk as the city’s Freedom of Information Officer.
