§ 36.02 DISPOSITION OF FINES AND OTHER MONIES RECEIVED.
   Fines paid to any court for violation of any ordinance of the city shall be paid over to the City Treasurer upon receipt. Money received by the Police Department for parking meter violations shall be paid over to the Treasurer daily.
