§ 33.89 ANNUAL REPORT; CITY COUNCIL RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARD BOARD.
   (A)   Annual report. Annually, at any time the City Council is working on their budget, the Board shall submit to the City Council a report of its activities and an annual budget request.
   (B)   City Council responsibilities toward Board. The City Council shall provide a suitable room at the City Hall, or larger facility if required, for the Board of Police Commissioners meetings and examinations and shall provide adequate funds in the annual appropriation ordinance for the operation of the Board.
