The Board Members shall elect from their membership a chairman and secretary to serve during the municipal fiscal year. The Secretary of the Board shall have all the powers and authority and shall perform such duties as are provided and set forth in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 10-2.1-1 et seq. including:
(A) Keep the minutes of the Board’s proceedings;
(B) Be the custodian of all records pertaining to the business of the Board;
(C) Keep a record of all examinations held;
(D) Perform all other duties the Board prescribes; and
(E) The Board may, upon approval of the Mayor, utilize the staff and facilities at City Hall.
