§ 95.36 OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY OF OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   Nothing in this subchapter shall affect or modify the obligations or liability of any person under any other rules and regulations of the city, federal law, or state law, for injuries, damages or losses resulting from the circumstances leading to city action.
