After providing post abatement notice, the city may file a claim of lien with the Office of the LaSalle County Recorder within one year after the removal cost are incurred. If for any one parcel the city, more than one time, abates nuisance greenery, the city may combine any or all of the costs of each of those activities into a single notice of lien. The claim of lien shall be a sworn statement setting out:
(A) A description of the subject property sufficient to identify the subject property;
(B) The amount of the abatement costs; and
(C) The date or dates when abatement took place.
