§ 95.08 COST OF CITY ABATEMENT.
   After performing abatement of nuisance greenery, or other public nuisance, the city shall serve a notice personally or by certified mail to the person to whom was sent the tax bill for the general taxes on the property for the taxable year immediately preceding the removal activities and may also serve the notice on any owner or occupant of the subject property. The notice must:
   (A)   State the nature municipal ordinance;
   (B)   Identify the subject property by common description;
   (C)   Describe the removal activity; and
   (D)   Identify the city’s cost incurred in abating the nuisance.
