(A) From time to time, the Water Department may require additional help for such tasks as office clerical help and other duties. These part-time people are not entitled to any city benefits such as health insurance, vacations, etc. The hourly wages of these part-time employees will range between $8 and $10.50 per hour, with the actual rate and hours to be determined by the Commissioner of Public Property.
(B) The part-time help described herein does not include part-time summer help nor is it considered a permanent part-time position.
