(A) From time to time, the Water Department may require additional help for such tasks as office clerical help and other duties. These part time people are not entitled to any city benefits such as health insurance, vacations and the like. The hourly wages of these part time employees will range between $8 and $10.50 per hour, with the actual rate and hours to be determined by the Commissioner of Public Property.
(B) The part time help described herein does not include part time summer help nor is it considered a permanent part time position.
