(A) The Police Chief and Captain perform executive and administrative responsibilities and are exempt or non-covered employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and will not receive overtime compensation.
(B) Part-time officers are hourly employees and will be paid one and one-half times their hourly rate for all hours worked over 40 in a work week, defined as Saturday through the following Friday.
