Within the city’s property located in the south 100 feet of Lot 24 in Clark’s Second Addition to Marseilles, a playground shall be established and known as Stevenson-Danielson Park. City Ordinance number 1283 is amended to the extent that no less than 75% of funds derived from the city’s lease with Verison Wireless shall be placed into a newly established Stevenson-Danielson Park Fund dedicated for development of the Stevenson-Danielson Park. The City Treasurer, Engineer, Commissioner of Public Property, and Recreation Board shall annually appropriate money from the Stevenson-Danielson Park Fund for improvement of the park.
