§ 35.48 WORK HOURS.
   (A)   (1)   The City Clerk, in consideration of the salary as set forth from time to time by City Council, will be allowed every other, or non-consecutive, Friday off.
      (2)   The City Clerk may utilize any other day during the week as the “Friday” off, provided that prior approval is obtained from the Accounts and Finance Commissioner and that proper employee coverage is provided in the city offices.
   (B)   The City Treasurer, in consideration of the salary as set forth from time to time by City Council, will be allowed every other, or non-consecutive, Monday off. The City Treasurer may utilize any other day during the week as the “Monday” off, provided that prior approval is obtained from the Accounts and Finance Commissioner and that proper employee coverage is provided in the city offices.
   (C)   The City Council reserves the right to terminate or eliminate this § 35.48 at its discretion.
