11-2-38: DAMAGE PUBLIC PROPERTY WHILE DRIVING:
No person shall damage or destroy any public property of the city while driving or operating a vehicle within the city nor in any manner cause same to be done. (Ord. 123, 7-21-1969; amd. Ord. 436, 11-23-1992)
