A. Any person who drives any vehicle with a wilful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving. (Ord. 119, 1-20-1969)
B. Every person convicted of reckless driving shall be punished upon conviction by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) 1 . (Ord. 235, 7-10-1978)
