The bicentennial commission shall be composed of an executive committee appointed by the mayor and shall be comprised of a chairman, vice chairman, treasurer, secretary and two (2) members at large, which executive committee shall be a working committee and shall meet as necessary in order to accomplish and effectuate the goals and purposes of said commission.
