10-2-38: INTIMIDATION; THREATS COMMUNICATED:
A person commits intimidation when, with intent to cause another to perform or to omit the performance of any act, he communicated to another without lawful authority, a threat to perform any of the following acts:
   A.   Inflict physical harm on the person threatened or any other person or property.
   B.   Subject any person to physical confinement or restraint.
   C.   Commit any criminal offense.
   D.   Accuse any person of an offense.
   E.   Expose any person to hatred, contempt or ridicule.
   F.   Take action as a public official against anyone or anything, or withhold official action, or to cause such action or withholding.
   G.   To bring about or continue or strike, boycott or other collective (mob) action 1 . (Ord. 153, 8-21-1972)
