It shall be an affirmative defense to a charge under the preceding sections that the dissemination:
A. Was not for sale or gain and was made only to personal associates other than children under eighteen (18) years of age;
B. Was to institutions or individuals having scientific or other specific educational purpose for possession of such material. (Ord. 153, 8-21-1972)
