A. It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any indecent, lewd or lascivious act in any public place in the city, or to utter any lewd or offensive words or to use any threatening or abusive language within the hearing of another person, publicly.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in a public place in a state of nudity, or to make any indecent exposure or any other lewd or indecent act or behavior.
C. "Public place" for purposes of this section means any place where such conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by others. (Ord. 153, 8-21-1972)
