10-2-28-5: PANDERING:
Any person who performs any of the following acts for money commits pandering:
   A.   Compels a female to become a prostitute; or (Ord. 153, 8-21-1972)
   B.   Arranges or offers to arrange a situation in which a female may practice prostitution. (Ord. 153, 8-21-1972; amd. Ord. 436, 11-23-1992)
