Any person who performs any of the following acts with a person not his spouse commits the offense of patronizing a prostitute:
A. Engages in an act of sexual intercourse or deviate sexual conduct with a prostitute; or (Ord. 153, 8-21-1972)
B. Enters or remains in a place of prostitution with a prostitute with the intention to engage in an act of sexual intercourse or deviate sexual conduct. (Ord. 153, 8-21-1972; amd. Ord. 436, 11-23-1992)
