10-2-16: RESISTING ARREST:

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly or wilfully resist an arrest which he knows is being made by a police officer, or by a private person summoned and directed by a police officer, to make an arrest, even if he believes that the arrest is unlawful, and the arrest is in fact unlawful. (Ord. 153, 8-21-1972)
