10-2-12: RECKLESS CONDUCT:

No person shall cause bodily harm to, or endanger the bodily safety of, an individual by any means, commit reckless conduct by performing recklessly the acts which cause the harm or endanger the safety of an individual, whether they are lawful or are unlawful. (Ord. 153, 8-21-1972)
