10-1-8: RECORD OF PERSONS ARRESTED:

Policemen shall keep a full record of all persons arrested by them, including the names of the persons arrested, the offenses for which the arrests were made, the court before which they were brought, the disposition of the case and the amount of fine assessed or other penalty imposed by the court. (Ord. 396, 1-8-1990)
