10-1-3: NUMBER OF POLICE OFFICERS; COMPENSATION:

There shall be as many full time and part time police officers of the Police Department as the City Council may from time to time deem necessary. The compensation of all full time and part time police officers shall be set by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 396, 1-8-1990)
