Keys are to be returned to the city office within twenty four (24) hours of the termination of the event. If a delinquency problem arises, a twenty five dollar ($25.00) deposit fee, above other regular charges, may be required for subsequent use. This deposit fee for keys must be approved by the building committee and reported to the city council. (Ord. 634, 4-22-2002)
