Signs placed outside the building are only allowed on stakes. There shall be no signs taped, nailed, stapled or otherwise affixed to the outside of the building or on the Liberty hall sign.
Decorations are allowed inside the building. However, decorations shall not be taped to any part of the ceiling. Please use other means of placing decorations on the ceiling that will not cause damage. (Ord. 634, 4-22-2002)
