9-11-6: CLEANUP AND APPEARANCE:
Each group, organization or individual renting the facility shall be required to clean up the premises inside and outside, wash all dishes, properly dispose of all garbage and litter (placed in appropriate receptacles outside the facility, for garbage pick up), sweep the floors, and generally police the grounds, and upon the completion of the use of the facility, shall leave the premises in the same condition as they were prior to the use thereof.
Failure by user of the facility to abide by the foregoing provisions relating to cleanup may be cause for:
   A.   Retention of all deposit paid, until cleanup/repairs are completed. If cleanup/repair costs exceed the deposit, renter is responsible for the balance.
   B.   Disqualification of said group, organization or individual from any future use of the facility. (Ord. 634, 4-22-2002)
