9-11-5: APPLICATION AND DEPOSIT:
Application for use of the facility shall be made to the office of the city clerk on such forms as may be provided for such purpose. Deposit will be paid at the time when the keys are picked up.
The deposit, if required, shall be returned to the person, group or entity using the facility within thirty (30) days after the use thereof provided that the person, group or entity so using the facility has complied with all rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the facility. Upon failure of any person, group, or entity to comply with any of the rules and regulations, the city of Marquette Heights may retain all or any part of the deposit, as it deems to be appropriate under the circumstances. Violation of any of the rules and regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverages shall automatically cause a forfeiture of the entire deposit and may disqualify that person, group, or entity from ever again using the facility.
