A. It is unlawful to move any house within or upon the right of way of the city.
B. For purposes of this section, "house" means any structure intended to be used as a single- or multi-family residence, or any other structure of whatever use having a floor area of two hundred fifty (250) square feet or more, any of which has been constructed and at any time placed on a permanent foundation.
C. Subsection A of this section does not apply to any new structure intended to be used for residential purposes which is of prefabricated, precut or modular construction. (Ord. 732, 10-8-2007)
