9-1-13: FINES AND PENALTIES:
   A.   Violations of subsections 9-1-10A through D and I of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per violation.
   B.   Violations of subsections 9-1-10E through G of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per day per violation.
   C.   Violations of subsection 9-1-10H of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day per hole. (Ord. 550, 2-22-1999)
