9-1-9: REPAIRS TO SIDEWALKS, SHOULDERS, CURBS AND GUTTERS:
All sidewalks, shoulders, curbs and gutter openings shall be restored to their original condition and with original materials or their equivalent. Said repairs shall be inspected and approved by the superintendent of streets upon completion. (Ord. 550, 2-22-1999)
