9-1-3: OBSTRUCTING RIGHT OF WAY PROHIBITED:

Other than as permitted or allowed by this code, it shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, firm or other entity to place, deposit, install or maintain any structure, material, debris, artifact or thing, in, on or upon any right of way within the city. (Ord. 550, 2-22-1999)
