8-1-7: FOUL, STAGNANT OR STANDING WATER:
It shall be unlawful and shall constitute a nuisance for any person to allow the storage or containment of foul, stagnant or standing water under conditions which are conducive to the creation of foul odors or conducive to the breeding or support of mosquitoes or other insects and their larvae. (Ord. 650, 10-14-2002)
