8-1-4: STORM SEWERS, PROHIBITED DISCHARGES:
It shall be unlawful to knowingly cause or permit to flow into the city storm sewer system any gasoline, benzene or other petroleum products, garbage, offal, broken glass or other substance causing water pollution and/or an obstruction in the system. (Ord. 219, 5-23-1977)
