7-4-2: EXPLOSIVES:

No person shall set off, discharge, or explode any gunpowder, dynamite, nitroglycerin or any other explosive on any street, avenue, alley, park, or any other place within the city or upon any property so as to endanger the life, limb or property of any person. (Ord. 610, 8-27-2001)
