7-1-14: FUNDRAISING PROJECTS:
Fundraising projects contemplated by the Fire Department, or by volunteer groups of any kind on behalf of the Fire Department, must be approved by the Fire Committee of the City Council, or by Council approval, if the Fire Committee deems so necessary. A full report on such projects will be rendered to the City Council at its next regular meeting, following completion of the project. All receipts of money transactions shall be provided to the Council but will then remain with the official records of the Fire Department. (Ord. 847, 12-14-2015)
