7-1-2: MEETINGS; ORGANIZATION:
The duty sections of the fire department shall hold not less than twelve (12) monthly business meetings during each calendar year and shall, at a joint meeting of the entire department held on the first Saturday in January of each year, elect one fire chief, one assistant chief, one deputy chief, two (2) captains, one rescue lieutenant, one assistant rescue lieutenant, one secretary, one fire inspector, and one treasurer for the ensuing year. Such officers shall qualify and take office at the following regular meeting. (Ord. 847, 12-14-2015)
