7-1-1: DEPARTMENT CREATED:

There shall be and is hereby created and established a fire department consisting of one fire chief, one assistant chief, one deputy chief, two (2) captains, one rescue lieutenant, one assistant rescue lieutenant, one secretary, one treasurer, and one fire inspector and such members as may from time to time be appointed.
