6-4-5-7: FINAL ACCEPTANCE:

On completion of all requirements herein, the subdivider shall request in writing final acceptance of the public improvements within the subdivision. The city council shall take action on final acceptance after consideration of the recommendations of the city engineer. (Ord. 287, 11-8-1982)
