The subdivider shall be responsible for the repair of any deficiencies in the public improvements constructed in accordance with this title for a period of one year from the date of final acceptance by the city council. The performance guarantee, as required in subsection 6-3-4-2C of this title, shall be subject to charges by the city for performance of any work which the subdivider fails to provide as required herein.
