On completion of all requirements governing the installation of the public improvements, the subdivider shall request a final inspection by the city engineer. The city engineer may request submittal of inspection lots or testing data and/or carry out visual inspections of the completed work to his satisfaction to prepare a recommendation for acceptance of the public improvements to the city council.
