6-4-3-2: LOTS:
   A.   Building setback lines shall be established on all lots and shall be appropriate to the location of the subdivision and use contemplated.
   B.   The minimum lot width shall be sixty feet (60'). The minimum lot depth shall be ninety five feet (95'). The minimum lot size shall be six thousand eight hundred (6,800) square feet. The depth and width of lots for commercial and industrial purposes shall be adequate to provide off street service and parking required by the type of use and development contemplated, as required by the zoning code 1 .
   C.   Corner lots for residential use shall have extra width to permit appropriate setback from and orientation to both streets.
   D.   Double frontage and reverse frontage lots should be avoided except to overcome specific disadvantages of traffic arteries, topography or orientation.
   E.   Side lot lines shall be substantially at right angles or radial to street lines. (Ord. 287, 11-8-1982)
