If all of the above requirements have been satisfied, the chairman of the planning commission will present the final plat to the commission at the next regular meeting. The commission shall make one of the following recommendations to the city council:
A. Deny approval of the final plat.
B. Recommend approval of the final plat.
C. Recommend approval of the final plat, subject to the minor modifications. (Ord. 287, 11-8-1982)
