At any time within one year after receiving preliminary plat approval, the subdivider shall submit to the chairman of the planning commission five (5) copies of the final plat fourteen (14) calendar days prior to any regular meeting of the planning commission. The subdivider shall submit to the city engineer two (2) copies of the engineering plans and specifications for the subdivision with two (2) copies of the final plat. (Ord. 287, 11-8-1982)
