6-3-3-3: COPIES REQUIRED:

When a preliminary plat is required, and the zoning requirements have been satisfied, the subdivider shall submit to the chairman of the planning commission five (5) copies of the preliminary plat fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the next regular meeting of the planning commission. Two (2) copies shall be submitted directly to the city engineer. (Ord. 287, 11-8-1982)
