6-3-1: SUBMISSION PHASES:
Subdivision planning, review and approval shall proceed through the following sequential phases:
   A.   Preapplication phase.
   B.   Preliminary plat review and approval phase.
   C.   Final plat review and approval phase.
   D.   Recording phase. (Ord. 287, 11-8-1982)
