6-1-4: JURISDICTION:

This subdivision ordinance shall apply to all subdivisions of lands, as defined herein, located within the corporate limits of the city as shown on the official map of Marquette Heights and all unincorporated territory within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the corporate limits.
